The problem in construction was rarely the concrete or the brickwork. It was the gaps — between the builder and the designer, between what was promised on a phone call and what was written down, between the estimate at the start and the bill at the end. Owners were paying for those gaps without ever being told they existed.
So we built the company around closing them. Our civil engineers and our interior team work from the same drawing set from day one. Every project gets one agreement covering both, with a single completion date that sits in writing. One engineer is named against your site and stays on it until handover. Our package rates are published openly on the website rather than held back for a negotiation.
Ten years later, that is still the whole method. It has taken us from single-floor houses to duplexes, apartment blocks, retail floors, clinics and small factory units — and to clients who live in Dubai, Singapore and the US and follow their build entirely through weekly photographs.
